Are people getting contacted by Foreclosure Scams?
I am hearing in our area we have people promising they have a new loan for them to relieve their home debt.
They charge a fee up front and never come back, and if you have no cash they take a credit card. Most real loan companies
do not take credit cards! Beware and do not pay up front. Make them do some work first and prove to you
they are real. Most are not. There should be no charge until maybe the home is appraised then say you will
pay the appraiser when he comes to the house. Call me if you think they are not real. We want to get rid of them.
